San Diego
Multi-Cultural Journalism Workshop will be held June 17 to 19,
2007, at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego.
Applicants must be currently high school juniors or seniors in San
Diego, Imperial, Riverside or San Bernardino counties. Minority
applicants are particularly encouraged to apply. Journalism
experience is not required, but good writing skills are, as is an
interest in a journalism career. The program is organized by the
California Chicano News Media Association and supported by the Dow
Jones Newspaper Fund and media companies.
